INFO:
🍂 I’ve always felt that after Labor Day, it was the unofficial end to Summer. It always felt like a time of grounding, transitions and getting back to routine. As I’ve been deepening my herbalism journey over the past 2 years, I’ve come to learn that in Traditional Chinese Medicine, this period is known as Late Summer. Ruled by the element Earth, it indeed is a time of grounding and honoring the shift by physically and spiritually preparing our mind, body, and space for the cooler months ahead. 🍁 For me, that looks like setting intentions for the upcoming season, reflecting, doing a whole lot of cleansing and clearing of my space and of course, getting started on medicine making for the cooler months. 🍂 How are you embracing the shift in season? ——————
